With a driving concept of ‘Force for Good’, every design element was drawn from the Mastercard toolkit and tailored to convey optimism and kinetic energy. Chapters flow editorially with momentum and layout that’s never static. Typography scales from super large introductions, to thin columns of body text that undulate vertically for visual tempo, and graphic lines which direct the eye.
This was Mastercard’s first ever sustainability report. It was hailed with such high regard it’s now held as best in class example for use of brand elements and typography.

We also created the report in the Ceros platform which offered the potential to incorporate animated content. Using its capability in subtle and purposeful ways – with slow moving concept imagery, and animated infographic elements, together with clear and intuitive navigation – we transformed the report from static pdf to engaging digital experience.
